Apparently our team arrived in the nick of time yesterday when a mother in labor was struggling to give birth. According to Jonathan, she and the baby could have died without intervention. This is shot of the team transporting her out of her village to a nearby medical facility where Jonathan, (dark blue shirt) delivered the baby.

Photo 4: Rachel Cronin at a medical clinic providing care. Next to her is one of my dearest friends, Mark Schmidt. He and his family of 6 live in Guatemala and do this sort of thing all the time.
Photo 5: Alex Dunlap at a medical clinic. He works as a financial planner on most days. But his passion is Guatemala. He's the team leader and a part of the Immerse Block that pulled this whole trip together.
